Dodunion

Once, a Doduo, who was running carelessly in a field, had an unfortunate accident where he lost one of it's head. As you may know, a Doduo's heads always help and take care of eachother, using teamwork to make their life easier. This Doduo who had lost it's second head was devastated by the loss, it was never the same without his partner. Upon evolving into a Dodrio, its single head split, making it a two-headed Dodrio. However, Unlike the others, this Dodrio's heads weren't fighting all the time; both heads still missed the lost Doduo one, and that braught them closer to eachother than ever. the Dodrio's two heads functioned alot those of a Doduo, using teamwork to get things done and such, exept with the much better brain capabalities that made it superior the the other Dodrios who would fight and loose alot of time ad effort.

Although the Dodrio was much more strong, smart and efficient than the others, it still missed the would-be third head that died while it was still a Doduo very much, but that only made the remaining two heads' bond greater. At one point, their closeness was so great and the bond was so strong that it evolved again. It's two heads merged together (Hey if they can split, they can merge XD), giving it incredible brain capacities that let it have Psychic powers. Nowdays, Dodunion still lives, having found a way to overcome againg. People believe that Dodunion represent the power that individuals have when they put their strenghts together, proving how one can achieve great things when working together with someone else.

Technically, any Dodrio who would have a close bond between it's heads could become a Dodunion, acording to my story XD But that won't happen much so I think it's a pretty good way for my legendary to start existing So this is Dodunion! it's a Psychic/Flying type, and my entry for 's Become a Legend contest! 8D [link] I think my entry is pretty original, I'm sure proud of it

Art wise though, it gave me so much trouble XD When I wanted to ink it, I couldn't find any of my inking pens sp I was forced to use some crappy Bic ball pen (I did this before my Vap pic btw) XD Then I had a lot of trouble with the coloring as I couldn't get the colors I wanted, but I ended up getting something okay, I think XD I even used liquid paper on it's legs and beak for the highlights 8D

As for the design itself, I got the ideas from Dodos (Face/beak), Emus (Body shape) and Peacocks (Tail, obviously XD), while still keeping Dodrios basic colors and features, but making them more wow-ish, because this is a legendary afterall XD So anyway I hope you guys like my Dodunion!

Well looks like I placed in the top 20! I ended up somewhere between 20th and 16th place as the first 15 people were mentioned, but not the others I didn't quite make it in the top twelve, but oh well, there were better entries than mine anyway
(I'm trying really hard to hide my disappointment here though ..)
